Bankruptcy Court Approves Sale of Steward Hospitals in Massachusetts

Bankrupt hospital operator Steward Health Care has won court approval to sell six of its Massachusetts hospitals after weeks of contentious negotiations with property owners, lenders and the commonwealth.
