Man indicted for Carroll Twp. fire; 3 youths also suspected

OAK HARBOR, Ohio — A Kansas, Ohio, man has been indicted and three juveniles identified as also suspected of involvement in a July 12 fire that destroyed a cottage in the lakefront Sand Beach neighborhood in Carroll Township.
