TOPEKA (KSNT) - The Greater Topeka Partnership (GTP) announced a rooftop event 'ForgeFest: Rooftop Glow' will come to the Capital City.

On Wednesday, Sept. 4 the GTP announced in a press release that Forge Young Talent would be hosting an 'electrifying end-of-summer' rooftop concert in downtown Topeka. Attendees will be able to enjoy a night of music, food and drinks under the night sky. The event will be held from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Sept. 14 at the Crosby Place Public Parking garage at 108 SW Eighth Avenue.

According to the press release, Kansas City band "KC Flo" will be the headline performer. Once the event is wrapped up, party-goers can stop by the nearby Celtic Fox for an afterparty.

Attendees will be able to get food from Bobby's Food Co. and drinks from Axe and Ale.

“ForgeFest is more than just a concert,” said Rhett Flood, Forge executive director. “It’s a celebration of young talent and a chance for amazing young professionals across the greater Topeka area to come together for an evening of fun, food, music and more. Bring your dancing shoes, because the Rooftop Glow theme is all about showing up and showing out as we light up the night.”

Ticket prices start at $10. For more information or to purchase tickets click here.
