Nordstrom Gets Proposal From Nordstrom Family and Mexico's Liverpool

Nordstrom’s special committee confirmed receipt of a takeover proposal from the Nordstrom family and the Mexican retail group El Puerto de Liverpool in a deal that values the company at around $3.76 billion.
