Kolkata rape-murder case: JD(U)'s KC Tyagi suggests castration for rapists

Janata Dal (United) leader K C Tyagi has suggested castration as a punishment for rapists and called for swift justice within a month. He believes such measures will deter sexual assaults against women. Tyagi also criticized West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's response to the recent rape and murder case in Kolkata.
