How did a man from Estonia become a valuable prisoner for the Kremlin?
In early August, a high-level prisoner exchange took place between the West and Russia, during which, among others, an alleged FSB officer, Vadim Konoshchenok, was released. Konoshchenok had lived and operated in Estonia, but was reportedly involved in smuggling dual-use goods and military equipment through the country. In Wednesday's episode of "Pealtnägija," he publicly presents his own version for the first time, explaining how he came to be considered one of the ten most valuable prisoners for the Kremlin.
