New York man pleads guilty in pandemic loan fraud

BUFFALO, New York: Hormoz Mansouri, a businessman from western New York, has pleaded guilty to federal bank fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud, admitting to his role in a multimillion-dollar pandemic loan scheme.
