Aarti Drugs share buyback: Last day to buy for eligibility

Aarti Drugs has set September 5 as the record date for its Rs 60 crore share buyback, making today the last day to buy shares to be eligible. The company plans to buy back 6.65 lakh shares, representing 0.72% of its paid-up capital. This is Aarti Drugs' sixth buyback since 2016.
