To the Editor A recent Review provided comprehensive information about the manifestations and treatment options for patients with systemic lupus erythematous (SLE). As maternal-fetal medicine subspecialists, we hope to provide additional insight into an obstetrical complication that can arise in patients with SLE during pregnancy and discuss current management recommendations.
