Warren County Register & Recorder's Office Now Accepting Online Marriage License Applications

According to the office, there is a 3-day waiting period on all Marriage License applications in Pennsylvania. Following the waiting period, the license is valid for 60 days to use anywhere in the state of Pennsylvania.
