Delhi HC seeks response from ED on Religare Enterprises' plea in money laundering case

The Delhi High Court has asked the Enforcement Directorate to respond to petitions by Religare Enterprises' chairperson Rashmi Saluja and two other executives in a money laundering case. The petitions seek various reliefs, including quashing the criminal case. The court will hear the case next on October 23.
