'Act of terrorism', says Manipur CM N Biren Singh after drone attack on civilian population kills 2, injures 12

He pledged a firm response, stating that such assaults on civilians and security forces were unacceptable. The attacks, which resulted in two deaths and injuries to 12 others, marked the first use of drones for bombing in the state.
