A 250-metre section of the service road on Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway near Narsinghpur has been waterlogged for more than a month due to blocked culverts. NHAI and GMDA are blaming each other, causing commuter inconvenience. Temporary measures have failed, and no permanent solution is in place.
