Excise policy Case: SC grants bail to AAP communications in-charge Nair

The Supreme Court has granted bail to AAP's communications in-charge Vijay Nair, involved in the Delhi excise policy case. A bench of justices noted that the Enforcement Directorate has not completed the trial as assured. With 350 witnesses to be examined, Nair's custody of 23 months was deemed too lengthy without a concluded trial.
