Family mourns 75-year-old hit-and-run NYC victim as dump truck driver charged

A Staten Island dump truck driver was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident in the Aug. 4 death of 75-year-old Yelena Gervolskaya, an aspiring Russian poet, police announced.
