Whitehall woman pleads guilty to using employer's credit cards

BURLINGTON, Vt. (NEWS10) -- According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, a Whitehall woman pleaded guilty to two counts of access device fraud on Friday. Madison Carrig, 30, will be sentenced on January 3.

Carrig is accused of embezzling cash receipts from customers of three car dealerships she worked for as well as misusing company credit cards to buy goods and services for her own use and benefit. She faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000, according to the Attorney's Office.
