CCEA nod to Mumbai-Indore rail line

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in a post on X, "Today's Cabinet decision will improve connectivity between Mumbai and Indore. In addition to boosting commerce, it will also provide employment opportunities to several people." An official statement later said the new line between Indore and Manmad would provide direct connectivity and improve mobility, ensuring enhanced efficiency and service reliability for the Indian Railways.
