Lone tusker threatens villages, attacks forest checkpost in Kushalnagar

A lone tusker has been causing trouble for villagers in Heruru, Nakuru Shirangala, and Kallur villages in Kushalnagar taluk. The elephant recently attacked a forest checkpost, but fortunately, no one was hurt. The tusker has been damaging crops, particularly areca nut trees, prompting villagers to urge the forest department to capture it and relocate the jumbos.
