Delhi HC refuses to quash defamation case against CM Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi High Court has declined to quash defamation proceedings against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal related to alleged deletion of names from voter rolls. Initiated by BJP leader Rajeev Babbar, the case accuses Kejriwal and other AAP leaders of defaming BJP by claiming it removed 30 lakh voters, mainly from specific communities.
