Uttarakhand Man Accused Of Making Obscene Gesture Towards Girl Arrested

A 24-year-old man accused of making an obscene gesture towards a teenage girl in Nandanagar tehsil of Uttarakhand's Chamoli district has been arrested, police said on Monday.
