ALDI’S amazing tool for getting rid of mould is back in stock and it’s £5 cheaper than last time.

It’s the perfect tool to prepare your windows for the winter and cut any muck that’s accumulated over the past months.

The window cleaner is selling for £14.99

The Electric Window Cleaner was £19.99 in February, but has now reduced 25 per cent to £14.99.

The window gadget has a motorized suction-squeegee and works by sucking the window dry of moisture after a cleaner is put on.

The window cleaner will leave mirrors and smooth surfaces gleaming within minutes thanks to its extra-wide rubber lip with an integrated suction nozzle.

But there is one catch, the window cleaner is not in stores just yet – with the retail giant’s website saying “In store soon”.

The description reads: “Cleaning your windows doesn’t need to be a daunting task.

“This Ambiano Window Vacuum Cleaner, is an essential for any home.

“Keep tiles, mirrors and glass all clean with ease using this handy device.

“This window vacuum cleaner is lightweight and tackles everything from condensation marks to small spills.”

The window cleaner also comes with two microfibre cloths and a spray bottle so you’ll have everything you need.

It has up to 45 minutes of run time on its rechargeable battery and uses an LED light to indicate when your cleaner needs charging.

Other ways to tackle the problem

It is possible to simply wipe away condensation anytime it appears on your windows.

You’ll want to make sure you have a decent window cleaner and a microfibre cloth.

One of the easiest ways to avoid getting mould is to open your windows every day to let fresh air in and keep doors between rooms open.

Ensuring that air continuously circulates through your home will reduce condensation so the mould cannot grow.

You should also open cupboard doors regularly to allow fresh air in to make sure there’s no mould growing inside.

Other things that can help include not leaving your clothes to dry on radiators, and always cooking with ventilation.

In extreme cases of damp and mould, it’s best to keep the windows open to allow airflow, consider using an anti-mould treatment to tackle the problem.

You can seek out an expert and if you are renting speak to your landlord about fixing the issue.

When's the best time to shop at Aldi?

WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy.

For reduced items – when shops open

Red sticker items are rare at Aldi’s 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says that none of its food goes to waste so there are some to be found – if you’re quick.

A spokesman for the supermarket said: “All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommend sales price before stores open on their best before or use by dates.”

That means you have the best chance of finding reduced food items if you go into stores as soon as it opens.

Opening times vary by shop but a majority open from 7am or 8am. You can find your nearest store’s times by using the supermarket’s online shop finder tool.

For Specialbuys – Thursdays and Sundays

Specialbuys are Aldi’s weekly collection of items that it doesn’t normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools.

New stock comes into stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally, these are the best days to visit for the best one-off special deals.

For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head there for your local store’s opening time.

You don’t have to head into stores to bag a Specialbuy, though.

They also go on sale online, usually at midnight on Thursday and Sunday, and you can pre-order them up to a week in advance.

As long as you spend at least £25, you’ll get the items delivered for free.

Remember: once they’re gone, they’re gone, so if there’s something you really want, visit as early as possible.
