Oasis superfan offers to return incredible gift from Liam Gallagher for reunion gig tickets
AN Oasis superfan who was given a platinum disc by Liam Gallagher as a teenager has offered to return it — for four gig tickets.
Anthony Lalli was just 15 when he and a group of mates went to Liam’s house and knocked on the door.
The starstruck lads were amazed when Liam answered and spent an hour chatting to them at his home in swanky St John’s Wood, North London.
Anthony bravely asked for a record and Liam said: “If you don’t ask, you don’t get.”
The singer then handed him the disc, which was awarded to Oasis for selling 110,000 copies of What’s the Story Morning Glory in Ireland.
Married dad-of-three Anthony, of Stevenage, Herts, said Liam made him promise to never sell the disc.
The IT manager, who turns 44 on July 30 when Oasis play Wembley, said: “I tried to get tickets like everyone else on Saturday and had no joy.
“I’d never sell the disc. But if Liam’s happy to sort a couple of tickets for a gig, I’m happy to give it back to him.”

Fans are able to increase their chances of getting tickets through a pre-sale ticket ballot.
Fans need to enter some personal details and answer an Oasis-related question.
Those who answer correctly will receive an email asking for confirmation they want to be entered into the ballot.
Successful ballot entries then received an email with a code by 12pm on Friday, August 30.

Tickets for the UK dates go on sale from 9am on Saturday, August 31st and will be available from www.ticketmaster.co.uk, www.gigsandtours.com and www.seetickets.com. Dublin tickets will be available from 8am that same day from www.ticketmaster.ie.
