Ed Sheeran’s cousin furious after being threatened with legal action by star’s record label over artwork
ED Sheeran’s cousin says he has had to ditch the star’s name after threats from his record label.
Jethro Sheeran, who goes by rapper stage name Alonestar, recorded Raise Em Up with his famous relative in 2010 and has recorded 21 remixed versions of it for Spotify.

Bristol-based Jethro, 42, complied rather than face an expensive legal battle.
But he said: “I was super disappointed in him.
“Even my lawyers were shocked how he could do this to family.
“But it’s OK. I’m doing great, working on my new album.
“I wish him the best, just far away from me.”
The Sun contacted both a representative for Ed, 33, and Warner Music for comment.
