NC hails polls only if it wins, says Mehbooba Mufti

Several leaders and workers joined PDP at the party headquarters in Srinagar with PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti present. Mufti made remarks about election date changes and criticized National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah. Jammu and Kashmir will hold assembly elections in three phases, starting September 18. This will be the first assembly poll since the abrogation of Article 370.
