Man killed early Sunday in NE Portland Sumner neighborhood

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A man died early Sunday morning following a shooting in Northeast Portland, authorities said.

According to Portland police, officers responded to Northeast 92nd Avenue and Northeast Webster Street just after 3:30 a.m. where they found a man who had been shot in the street.

The man was taken to a hospital where he later was declared dead, authorities said.

Officials said that the suspect or suspects left the scene before they arrived and no arrests have been made.
