The $10 ticket offers nine top prizes of $200,000, while the $2 ticket has seven top prizes of $20,000.Starting today, players can also participate in the popular second-chance promotion by submitting non-winning Ravens scratch-offs into their My Lottery Rewards accounts. Each non-winning $2 ticket grants two entries, and each $10 ticket provides 10 entries.
