Who Is Dharmendra, IAS Officer Appointed As Delhi's New Chief Secretary

Union Ministry of Home Affairs issued an order and said that Dharmendra, a 1989-batch officer, has been transferred from Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi and appointed as the chief secretary.
