On Camera: Speeding Bus Tumbles, Crashes Into Car On Jammu Road; 18-Yr-Old Girl Dead, 8 Injured
An 18-year-old girl was killed after a speeding minibus tumbled and crashed into a car at the Kunjwani bypass in Gangyal area on the outskirts of Jammu city on Saturday. The horrific crash was caught on a CCTV camera installed in the area and showed a speeding bus crashing into a car coming from the opposite direction after driver lost control of the passenger vehicle.
The CCTV footage of the fatal mishap which has been widely shared on social media sites, showed the minibus skidding on the road and tumbling onto a car at breakneck speed, before turning turtle on the side.

According to the police, the accident took place at around 7:30 AM on early Saturday morning and resulted in the death of an 18-year-old girl student who was aboard the bus.
A student, Surbhi Kumari (18), was killed and eight other passengers, including six girls, were injured when a minibus turned turtle after colliding with a car at the Kunjwani bypass in Jammu, PTI reported.
The students were headed to school, the report said.
Officials said that both vehicles suffered extensive damage in the accident, adding the injured were rushed to a hospital where the condition of two of them was stated to be serious.
Meanwhile, in another incident, a 36-year-old woman was killed while her husband sustained critical injuries after their car plunged into a gorge near Malhori village in Doda district.
Mumtaza Begum (36), died, while her husband Mohsin Ahmad was critically injured in the mishap, the police said.
The two were headed home to Kishtwar from Jammu at the time of the incident. Ahmad was referred to the Government Medical College Hospital Jammu for treatment, they said.
