Stay away from tribal student groups' shutdown and rallies- Manipur government

The Manipur government has advised citizens against joining a rally called by tribal student bodies in Kangpokpi district and urged businesses, government offices, and private institutions to remain open. The rally is part of a demand for a Union Territory. Authorities warned of legal action against any disruptions.
