Man sentenced in Berkshire Health Systems theft
PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- According to the Berkshire County District Attorney's Office, a Cheshire, Massachusetts man was sentenced for allegedly stealing from a Berkshire Health Systems facility. Eric Guerrin, 37, previously pleaded guilty to multiple charges.
Charges
- Two counts of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
- Two counts of larceny over $1,200 by single scheme
Guerrin is accused of stealing technology and personal items from a Berkshire Health Systems facility valued at $22,506.56 on March 24. Of the stolen items, 20 Smart Buy tech items were taken which value at over $16,000.
