Putin awards Lukashenko Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle the First-Called

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to award President of the Republic of Belarus, Chairman of the Supreme State Council of the Union State Aleksandr Lukashenko the Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle the First-Called.
