Expect delays while driving on I-70 through Topeka
TOPEKA (KSNT) - Drivers on I-70 in the Topeka area may experience some slow traffic speeds throughout the week.
Work crews may be spotted working on different sections of I-70 between KS-4 and Highway 40 as part of ongoing mill and overlay construction projects, according to kandrive.gov. This is impacting both the westbound and eastbound lanes of the highway.
Drivers on the highway can expect to find one lane of traffic closed for workers. Traffic delays of up to 15 minutes should be expected. Workers will be repaving the road as part of this ongoing work until Oct. 18.
