Mysterious cloud looks like a person walking on air

Someone’s on Cloud Nine. A human-like cloud formation was spotted in the skies over Handan, China, that appeared to be a ghostly white figure taking a stroll along the top of a cloud. The spooky trick-of-the-eye was likely the tip of another cloud moving in the opposite direction.
