A MAJOR noughties mobile brand is back with four brand new handsets – and hopes to lure users with budget friendly price tags.

Motorola is remembered for devices like the Razr and its catchy “Hello Moto” motto.

The company has continued to release smartphones despite iPhone and Samsung‘s rise to dominance.

In a bid to win consumers back, Motorola is largely focusing on the mid-level end of the market – and the latest releases start at £149.99.

The new Moto G35 5G is the cheapest of the bunch, focused on essentials.

It’s available in three bold colours – Leaf Green, Guava Red, Midnight Black – with vegan leather.

The battery is technically bigger than iPhone‘s at 5000mAh but Motorola hasn’t stated how long it should last users.

Motorola has also maintained some retro favourites, like FM radio support.

And unlike other smartphones that have abandoned SD card slots, the G35 still has one so users can expand their storage without paying for cloud services every month.

The Moto G55 5G is the same as the G35 except it is more powerful with a better chip and different colours –  Twilight Purple, Smoky Green, Forest Grey – at £199.99.

From late September, buyers can get hold of the G35 while the G55 is available in early September.

Further up the range is a Edge 50 and Edge 50 Neo.

The Edge 50 can use a 68W TurboPower charger capable of powering up for the day in just 15 minutes.

However, you’ll have to buy the TurboPower charger separately.

It comes in Jungle Green, Koala Grey and Peach Fuzz.

The Edge 50 Neo is a compact version of the main Edge 50 that “don’t sacrifice on specs” according to Motorola.

It retails at £399.99 with four colour options: Pantone Poinciana, Pantone Lattè, Pantone Grisaille, and Pantone Nautical Blue.

The Edge 50 Neo is on sale today.
