Ambassador: Vietnam highly values friendship with Belarus

Vietnam highly values its friendship with Belarus, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Republic of Belarus Nguyen Van Ngu said during a meeting dedicated to Independence Day of Vietnam at the House of Friendship in Minsk on 29 August.
