Black Axe: Has West Africa become a hotbed for cybercrime?

Police have arrested 300 people as part of an international operation targeting a cybercrime network known as Black Axe, one of West Africa’s most feared criminal networks. Nnenna Ifeanyi-Ajufofe, professor of law and technology at the UK's Leeds Beckett University, joined Eye on Africa to talk about how West Africa has become a hotbed for online crime.
