Kenya celebrates pan-African art at Festac festival
In Kenya, the Festac, a pan-African festival aimed at bringing together the cultures of the continent, is taking place this week. It is the third edition of the modern version of the festival. Inaugurated in 1966 by Léopold Sédar Senghor, it took 11 years for the next edition to be organised in Nigeria followed by a 45-year hiatus. Bastien Renouil reports from Kisumu.
