eBay announces first-ever Pre-Loved Fashion Week, links with BFC, CFDA

​eBay is launching a first-ever Pre-Loved Fashion Week, covering London and New York. It’s working with the BFC and the CFDA to give “shoppers access to authentic designer fashion”.
