Join us at our Board meeting Aug 15

We are calling a meeting of the Board and members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 15th at 6:30pm in the Arbutus Room at Saanich Commonwealth Place.

With the AGM coming up on Sept 19, this is an important meeting, and your participation is needed! Any bylaw proposals and new board position applications need to be approved at this meeting as both Board and Bylaw changes can only be made with 30 days notice of the AGM (see story below).

2025 Bylaws & Board of Directors: Apply now!

The 2023 Annual General Meeting for the Victoria Bowmen was a big one, and at this year’s AGM on Thursday, September 19 at 6:30pm in the Douglas Fir Room at Saanich Commonwealth we will be discussing several important issues as well. Among those will be the Club Bylaws and Board of Directors for 2025.

Help Direct the Future of Victoria Bowmen
The club administration is always looking for fresh ideas, so please don’t hesitate to attend! All paid club members are eligible to make proposals regardless of age or experience.
