Spectacular Opening Ceremony in Paris for Paralympics

Paris put on a spectacular Opening Ceremony for the Paralympics, which will run for the next 11 days with more than 4,000 athletes from around the world competing in dozens of events. NBC News' Emilie Ikeda reports.
