Van crash kills at least four people on Texas highway

Authorities in north Texas said three people were killed and 10 were injured when a passenger van lost control and rolled over on a highway north of Dallas. Officials said most of the dead and injured were not wearing seatbelts. NBC News' Kathy Park reports.
