Newcastle win on penalties as Wimbledon beat Ipswich in League Cup

NOTTINGHAM: Newcastle United knocked top-tier rivals Nottingham Forest out of the League Cup 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw on Wednesday as Premier League Ipswich Town and Bournemouth also went out at the first hurdle.
