Gloversville man sentenced for robbery, burglary
FULTON COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Fulton County District Attorney's Office reported the sentencing of Joshua Litchfield, 34, of Gloversville, for a robbery incident last year in Bleecker. He was convicted of the charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree robbery and third-degree grand larceny back on June 24.
Litchfield was found guilty of breaking into a home in Bleecker and demanding money from the resident back in July of 2023 alongside Tiffany Bleyl and Tyler Macklin. Bleyl and Macklin pleaded guilty in November of 2023 and have both since been sentenced for their roles in the crime.
Litchfield was sentenced on August 28 to 13 years in prison for the burglary charge and two years and four months to seven years for the robbery and grand larceny charges, which will be served concurrently. He was also ordered to serve a five-year term of post-release supervision.
