Viewers were left rattled when Moira sensationally collapsed to the ground in the barn.
Over the past few weeks, she has been showing worrying behavioural patterns that have left a strain on her marriage to Cain.
He has been convinced that she has an issues with her alcohol intake after making regular comments about her drinking habits.
However, it now seems that Moira’s health issues could not be connected to her drinking after all.
The episode commenced with Moira waking up and choosing to remain asleep in the barn seemingly unaware that she had appeared to suffer a seizure.
She then brushed it off when she made her way up to Butler’s Farm as she pleaded to Cain to take her seriously as she shared her fears that she was unwell.
Moira insisted her recent actions could be down the the menopause or a viral infection but Cain did not seem to care.
Cain later confided in Chas that he was very fearful for the future of their relationship as he left Isaac alone with Moira.
However, in another bleak and harrowing sign, Moira was seen passed out on the sofa as Isaac was forced to cover her in a blanket.
In another very telling comment, Isaac made it clear that Moira had been struggling recently as he said: “Don’t worry, I won’t tell Dad you went all wobbly again.
“He is a right big grumpy bum.”
Isaac then placed a tender kiss on his mum’s forehead as she remained passed out.
Later, as she came around, it was clear that Moira was feeling unwell as she forgot that she was at home.
As she discussed what to have for dinner with Isaac, he asked her if they could go out for a meal.
Having tried to talk him out of it, Moira then said: “Well, I’m not saying no, I’m just saying we can talk about it when we get back home.”
Quipping back as they stood in the kitchen, Isaac said to her: “You’re bonkers, we are at home!”

Jacob frantically searched the bins for a “lucky coin” that had accidentally been thrown away. However, he instead gave Cindy’s son Hilton (his half-brother) a life-saving transplant, became his godfather, and leaving the village soon after.
A horrified look soon came over Moira as she took a look around her surroundings as it dawned on her that she had forgotten she was at home.
In another devastating blow, and unaware of what was going on at home, Cain told Chas that Moira only had one more chance before he was shipping off with the kids in tow.
He said: “It is like I’ve done something bad and she is waiting for me to work out what it is and until then she is just looking through me.
“She acts like I’m not even there.”
He then added: “One more blow out or freak out or black out and that is it!”
