Khloe Kardashian Serves Up Street Style in Nike x Off-White Air Presto Sneakers With Daughter True Thompson
Khloe Kardashian is celebrating her daughter True Thompson’s journey to first grade by decorating her home with balloons. The reality star shared a carousel of photos to her Instagram yesterday showcasing herself in casual athleisure, while her daughter were all dressed up in her school uniform.
The social media star wrote, “First Grade!!! True I am so proud of you!! I know you’re going to have the most incredible year ahead of you! I couldn’t be happier for you my angel. I’m not ok but I’ll pull it together by pick-up time.”
For the photo, the reality star laced up a pair of collaborative Off-White x Nike Air Presto sneakers. Hailing from 2018, the low-top athletic silhouette features breathable white mesh uppers fixed with a rubber overlay, neon orange accents, white lace-up closures and the word “Air” scrawled in graphic black Off-White-esque lettering on the heel straps. Nike and Off-White branding can be found throughout the sneaker silhouette including the tongues and printed on the laces.
These days, the collaborative footwear can only be purchased second-hand from sites like Poshmark, The Real Real, StockX and eBay. Prices for the sneaker vary but given the nature of the collaboration, it is likely the style is highly sought after. If white isn’t your thing, the sneaker also comes in an inverse black colorway.
Accompanying her footwear, Kardashian wore simple black leggings made of a breathable stretch fabric. On top, the socialite sported a coordinating cropped black hoodie. Both her top and bottom played into the street style aspect invoked by her shoes, further creating a cohesive look.
Kardashian’s shoe style often matches her sleek wardrobe. “The Kardashians” star frequently wears pumps by Louboutin, as well as strappy sandal heels and ankle booties from Amina Muaddi, Cult Gaia among other top brands. Her off-duty and gym looks often incorporate chunky athletic sneakers from Nike, as well as shoes from former brother-in-law Kanye West’s Adidas Yeezy line.
