Taylor Russell Graces the Red Carpet in Christian Louboutin Pumps at ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ Premiere at 81st Venice International Film Festival
Taylor Russell attended the red carpet premiere of the film “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” during the 81st Venice International Film Festival held today in Venice.
The “Waves” star graced the star-studded event in a pair of white Christian Louboutin pumps. Classic and versatile, the silhouette featured striking pointed toes, white matte leather uppers and 2 to 3-inch stiletto heels. Much like their black counterpart, white pumps can be partnered with just about any ensemble, offering a neutral base to build on.
Russell’s footwear pick is a strong one, given the silhouette acts as a subtle player on the sidelines, further enhancing her look without taking attention away from the star pieces of her ensemble. Schutz, Sam Edelman, Chanel, Michael Kors, Steve Madden and Gianvito Rossi are just a few brands that carry the universal style.
Partnered with her white pumps, Russell was styled in a coordinating white vintage spring 1993 gown from Chanel. Originally worn on the runway by Claudia Schiffer, the body was crafted of see-through structural PVC layered overtop a sheer white skirt and train. The bodice was form-fitted and adorned with beading meant to simulate botanicals. More PVC in a similarly beaded style was gathered and tucked beneath the bodice, creating volume and a unique shape.
Russell is becoming a top figure to watch in the fashion world. Since her breakout in 2022’s “Bones And All,” the actress has become a muse to designers including Jonathan Anderson and Daniel Roseberry and has attended fashion shows for brands including Loewe, Chanel and Prada.
“Beetlejuice Beetlejuice,” the highly anticipated sequel to the cult classic, promises to bring a fresh twist to the beloved story. With Jenna Ortega taking on a leading role, fans can expect a thrilling mix of humor, fantasy, and gothic charm. The film is set for release on Sept. 6.
