Fonda lifts water boil notice

FONDA, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The village of Fonda lifted a week-long water boil notice on Wednesday, Aug. 28, following a water main break at the end of Hickory Hill Road. Residents can now return to consuming and using water.

The water main break on Route 5 affected both residents and businesses. The break was fixed before the boil notice was issued.
