Sri Lanka to amend personal tax rates

COLOMBO, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe announced on Wednesday that the government and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have reached an agreement to amend the pay-as-you-earn tax.
