Bangladesh: Clothing manufacturers' association changes president

The Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) has chosen Khandoker Rafiqul Islam as its president, against a backdrop of persistent social discontent and massive flooding in a country dependent on textiles.
