Two people found duct taped in the back of a van in Connecticut, police say

DANBURY, C.T. (PIX11) -- A group of men are under arrest after allegedly kidnapping two people and duct taping them in the back of a van, Danbury police say. 

Six men came out of a van and began assaulting another man before dragging him into their vehicle, according to authorities. 

Police later found the van at another location with two people duct taped in the back, one of which was assaulted with a bat. 

Four people were arrested when the vehicle was located and another two were taken into custody from a short term rental home. 

Officials say the attack appears to be targeted but investigators have not yet determined a motive.
